Stephen Buckley

Stephen is a driven entrepreneur and change agent with expertise in management and implementation of corporate acquisition initiatives. His career began as a trained engineer which led to the opening of his first company in 1997. He continued to grow his portfolio of businesses shortly thereafter, which have successfully grown into multimillion dollar companies.
Stephen is a leader in product development and technology in the automation, motion control, pneumatics, and health and wellness industries. Stephen founded Dakota Biotech in 2014 with a vision to change the world through LIVE probiotics and innovation.
Brent Ballard
Chief Operating Officer
Brent joined Dakota Biotech in 2021 to help transition the company from a biotech startup to a product innovation leader for skin microbiomes. Drawing on his 25-plus years of experience in research, operations, and business development, Brent has begun commercializing Dakota Biotech’s intellectual property. Strategic collaborations have been created to position the company for significant growth in the health, medical, cosmetic, veterinary, and sanitizer markets.
